Do not order cakes from this location. I ordered a cake for a friend's birthday and my order was confirmed. The day before pick... up I called to make sure that my order would be ready. I spoke to someone who let me know that the store had been closed becauseof a broken machine and that he wasn't sure if my order would be ready. I asked that he ask someone and let me know as if itwouldn't be ready I would need to make other arrangements. I never heard back from anyone. The day of pick up I called againand got the same response of "I don't know" so I asked for the owner's number. Called the owner, he was incredibly rude and tookno responsibility. I asked why no one called me to let me know that my order wouldn't be filled, he said "What am I supposed todo? No one has been in the store." I?m sure this store is great when they?re ready for business but when I went there were no drinks available (which is what I... came for) so I decided to get a cone and they didn?t have that ready either. The gentleman said they just opened but it was12:30 and the sign says they open at 12. In my opinion, being open means that your items are ready for purchase. Went to this location tonight and the customer service was terrible. I ordered a medium blizzard and received a small (even... though I paid for a medium). It was also basically vanilla ice cream with no toppings. My sister paid with cash and the cashiersaid ?I don?t have the extra 10 cents to give you.? If they don?t have the correct change available then they should have a signsaying no cash. Just bad all round. Read more
I tried ordering a hot fudge Sunday, seemed simple enough. The worker told me they were unable to make it and weren't trained... for it and that I?d need to wait 3 hours for someone else to come in to make it.
