The whole experience from start to finish was frustrating. The staff is not knowledgeable (perhaps lack of training) and could... not answer my questions about certain cakes. When I went to pick up the cake, the staff member barely acknowledged me when Iarrived at the counter and when she did, she could not find my son's cake (shortly before his actual birthday party with 30people!!). She casually sauntered over to me saying she couldn't find it. Thankfully, another person came in and found it at thevery bottom of the cake rack. At least the cake was yummy but the whole process at the Bloor St West location by High Park needssome serious attention. Read more
Dairy queen on bloor, Ice cream is supposed to be a happy experience but the staff here is not helpful or knowledgeable or... happy. The manager with the huge false purple eyelashes is rude and I will not go back here. Relations team should notice theconsistant reviews about your staff here being unfriendly. On top of that I ended up refunding my order because they weretrying to charge me $7 for a snack size blizzard because of the whip cream. I will be happy with my better tasting McDonald'sMcFlurry for way less down the street. Read more

I picked up a choco brownie extreme blizzard cake for my birthday and there was barely any blizzard on it. It?s like they made... the cake upside down. Really disappointing considering you pay extra for the blizzard part. Read more
