Good food with generous portion and good price. Perfect for lunch on a cold day when you?re downtown Toronto. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I visited Dagu again after pandemic. The quality is good as before! I saw from previous review that they... were using plastic bowl for dine-in. This is the not the case anymore when I visited! I?ll definitely come back again. Read more

We usually order delivery here and the portion is good. But today we ordered the pepper chicken which means a chicken fillet... should be included. But we when arrived home there is no chicken in the bowl! Their takeout package separate the noddles withthe soup so I looked through both parts but still chicken! I?m a vegetarian tonight. Good noodle shop! This is more of a ?fast food? restaurant, so you shouldn?t expect the quality to be amazing. But nevertheless... I have been visiting this franchise multiple times and they are good! They only take cash or debit Read more

I wish I could enjoy foods here. Servers are not friendly but ok. No eye contacts at all. Fried chicken was really dried out and... they look like leftover food and they re-fried them. It was too chewy and hard. I barely finished half of them. I don't have aphoto, but they cut them first and fried. too much oil inside of the batter. Rice noodle soup was really hot which was goodenough to cook raw meat. Flavour was really strong that you can smell in traditional Chinese restaurant. If you are lookingfor Westernized Chinese rice noodle soup, i don't recommend. Read more

Haven't been here for a long time. Did see a lot of bad reviews during the pandemic. They seem to have reflected on them and... improved back to standard. They use back proper cutlery now for dining in. Portion wise is still good too. Read more

If you plan on eating here, look at the later reviews, as this place has gone downhill since the pandemic. Even with dine-in,... everything is served in plastic bowls and utensils are all single-use plastic. One dish was literally served on a plastictake-out lid. I don?t know about you, but I do not want to consume hot liquid from a plastic container, let alone all theunnecessary plastic waste created, when reusable plate ware could be used. Now the food is also subpar; minimal amount of meatfor the price. I wouldn?t support a restaurant that can?t give the bare minimum effort for their customers nor environment. Read more

I used to love this place. The portion sizes were phenomenal, now they're mediocre at best. You do not get the raw meat and... veggies trays with your soup order anymore. You only get two thin slices of ham, one very tiny white egg (not quail any more),one small piece of fish cake, one sausage slice, a strand of soaked lettuce, and about 5 corn kernels. You get a much smallerportion of broth and noodles too. Overall it was a very dissapointing meal, not worth the price AT ALL. But what's worse, isthat now everything they bring comes in BLACK plastic containers (which go straight into the garbage and not recyclable inToronto). So much plastic waste per meal. They say it's for covid safety, but all the had to do was properly wash dishes aftereach customer (which I hope they were previously doing) and this would be satisfied as per the lipid envelope of the virus.Soap/detergents disrupt this envelope and render the virus harmless, hence why it's so important to wash our hands. It's adisgrace what has happened to this location. Will no longer be coming nor recommending it. If you've got an interest insupporting and protecting the environment and sustainability, DO NOT support this place. Read more
