Cultures have the most amazing smoothies because of their delicious soft serve frozen yogurt. Over the weekend I was at this... location and I saw the employee scooping frozen yogurt and it just didn't click in that something wasn't quite right until Itook a sip. Yuck! If your soft sever machine isn't working, tell your customer first before they pay for something they don'twant!! That's just common decency. Especially since we can't eat or drink in the mall so we can't try anything until we're outof the building and to get back in, I would have had to of lined up outside for another 30min! Read more

I came here last week around monday evening. I got a cultures bowl, the worker making it had no clue what they were making but... thats ok. When i started eating the chicken i noticed a sour smell emanating from the chicken. I walked over and explained thesituation and asked for a refund of $11.00. The two workers there refused to acknowledge that they had in fact tried passing meoff food that had been expired. Not only did they flat out refuse but also threatened to call security, help me out, or offerany kind of assistance. Also after several calls and voice messages to their head office I was left with no response. This isthe worst cultures i have been to. Will not be returning. Read more
I work in the mall and go there twice a week unfortunately today they served me food with mold on it. When I went back looking... for a refund, the owner argued with me telling me it wasn't mold. She said sometimes fruit has natural hairs on it. However itwas green with white hairs, mold is mold. She offered me a free salad, no refund and never apologized however after 15 mins Igot a refund and won't be going back. Read more
Walked into Dufferin Mall expecting to only find fast-food. I was extremely surprised to find this place. Their ingredients are... fresh, the prices are fair, and the wraps are delicious. They also offer smoothies, salads, and anything green you canimagine. I highly recommend this place. Read more
Cultures is located In the cafeteria at Duffrin Mall beside the body shop and Pandora store. This food company is healthy and... reminds me of chipotle. Staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken plus avocado sandwich and it?s amazing. The priceof food is more expensive but you?re paying for a quality Whole Foods. I recommend this food place to anyone who loves healthyfood. Read more
