1.) A waste of $15 tbh 2.) Management needs to schedule more workers during the rush. Basically, the 2 drinks I got was... probably the worst version of Coco?s chocolate slush and Mango slush I?ve ever had . I?m a regular customer at Coco?s and alwaysget the Chocolate slush. Unfortunately, I was home already by the time I?ve tried the drink , the drink was watery than usualand the toppings of the mango slush was undercooked. If i could?ve asked for a refund I would?ve . ( It was that bad). It seemsthat they rushed all the drinks since it was busy and there were only 2 people working . The management definitely needs toschedule more people to avoid this issue. Was much busier than usual today, and clearly the staff were underprepared. I waited for around 10 minutes for a wrong order in... a packed store, even after I ordered ahead. When I arrived they had not even started the drinks. My drink was made incorrectly,and the staff made little attempts to accommodate their mistake. While I understand the rush and difficulty of working a joblike this, I wish they would have been more apologetic about the error on their part. Most places allow you to keep theincorrect drink, if only to reduce food waste, but they took the drink they incorrectly gave me, dumped it, and made the newone. CoCo is my favourite BBT chain, and this location reaffirms my love for it. The service is very friendly, it is in a good... location, it is very clean and attractive, and best of all the drinks are top-notch every time. They also have a great rewardsprogram. I will also add that the tapioca pearls always are so fresh and soft/chewy, making the whole drink experience veryexcellent. I would 100% recommend and I will continue to be a regular customer here. Staff closed the door at 1157pm on a Friday night, I'm literally outside of the door. This is ridiculous. Today is July 15th... 2022. I then gave them a call and the staff member who answered the phone proceeded to taunt me. Disgusting staff! Read more

By fluke I found this place in my area. I went in and let the girl know it was my first time there. I asked for a certain taste... of a drink and now I'm super hooked on the passion fruit green tea, no toppings, no sugar. I love the fact that you can let thestaff know what percentage of sugar you want or don't want. I also like that you get a free drink after purchasing 10. The staffis nice, friendly and efficient. The store front is clean and neat. I gave one less star as I personally think just over $6 forMY drink isn't really worth it. IT'S just juice regardless of the green tea. I don't buy it for the caffeine, I buy it for therefreshing taste on hot summer days. All in all I'll still be a returning customer! Read more

Update: they've improved alot since then! Made multiple visits since and is now my home for Coco drinks! ----- Sept 8 2021 I'm... really excited about this new location cuz there is a scarcity of good bbt in this area. But there is a management issue. Staffdid a good job making the drink taste great but there is a lack of resource and communication training at this location. I feltbad the customer before me. She waited 25 mins for a pre-order drink. I also preordered mine 20 mins ahead expecting it to beslow and it wasn't ready. The machine for the hot drink was broken, they were running low on toppings because I had very fewcoconut jellys for a large drink, and the pressure to deliver quickly from broken machines didn't help. Management also needs tohelp staff on communicating issues to customers. I feel bad for the staff. I love how there's a new location in this part of Scarborough, it makes it super easy to satisfy some last minute boba cravings.... The ambiance is nice and bright, but lacking in background music. The staff were friendly as well. However, upon visiting wewere informed at the cash register that they ran out of tapioca which I found kind of strange and disappointing considering it'sa bubble tea shop.
