So.. this location of Coco is my go to. Very convenient and they usually get the order right. Except for today, I ordered a... passion fruit green tea as usual, and knew something was off (because I've literally had about 4 of them in the past week). Toldthe employee about it and she basically just pushed it off by saying it's the tapioca or smtg. After a few more sips, we figuredthe mixture was off, there seemed to be a lot more green tea. Also the pearls were quite less and smaller than usual. Notusually picky, just wasn't too happy with the way the employee handled the situation. One of the worst mango smoothies I?ve ever tasted. Made with powder no real fruits and to top it, it curdled and split. When I... called and complained the barista was so rude and abusive, bad attitude and very bad service. Please don?t go unless you want towaste your money. My favorite bubble tea spot in downtown Toronto! Great staff and my favorite is the traditional pearl milk tea with a coconut... jelly topping. Highly recommend getting this boba. P.s it is highly addictive! The mango smoothie is another summer favorite ofmine at this spot. Reasonably priced for a boba spot in this area too. Read more
First time trying this type of drink and it was great. The girl noticed I was new and explained the most popular drinks and... recommend a couple of ones. I ended up deciding the one called ?3Guys with Milk?, less ice. You could even decide the type ofsugar you want. My drink was Very tasty, milky, bubbly. I liked it. I ordered a drink with 50% sugar on Dec. 6 around 8:30 pm, and I found it was not sweet at all, then I went back asked them if... it is possible to add some sugar syrup in it, but the lady told me that her co-worker said that she added the sugar in it and Ialready drank it so she cannot do that. I always order the same drink with same level of ice and sugar, so I was pretty sure theone with 50% sugar does not taste like that, why is that how her co-worker said must be true but customers has to accept theconsequence of having a drink that is not what they ordered?
