Went there for a date night and had their date night menu, delicious (I recommend the wagyu tartare) and so worth it! The chef... comes out to explain what you are having and does any finishing touches on the food before you. We also enjoyed their buck andshuck oysters which was fresh and creamy. Everything here is thoughtfully planned out amidst a rustic setting. When my friend went downstairs the chef placed a lid over... her dish to keep it warm. It was such an unexpected and lovely gesture. Oysters are well worth it and we enjoyed them duringtheir buck a shuck nights. March 23,2022 Came back with my boyfriend and still the same great experience. Menu changes were fantastic. Had the Moroccan... squid and pork belly apps. Tried the squid ink noodles and pork loin for main and the affogatto is still my favorite dessert totop off the amazing night. .. What a beautiful local fine dining restaurant that does not break the bank! From start tofinish, our meals and the service were impeccably curated. Everything is cooked to perfection, the tastes are all very welcomingand sit on the palette nicely. This was without doubt the best meal I’ve had in Toronto. We went for the date night option which I think might be finishing... soon but the value for money was amazing. If I had to pick a highlight it would have to be the truffle ravioli but I have nocomplaints about any dish! The restaurant was quiet but a lovely atmosphere, the courses were nicely timed apart and the staffgave us loads of attention. To top it off the portions were huge and we left in pain (in the best way). 10/10 - we willdefinitely return. Read more
