The girl making my bowl was wearing gloves and touching everything and then used the same glove to handle the lettuce. It... grossed me out. Not to mention they put way too much hot sauce in one of my bowls and every single worker had an attitude for noreason. The young Filipino guy was pointing at me and talking about me to his co-worker as well. I know they're just a bunchof kids but its unacceptable. Read more

Had a delicious burrito here on a day out with a friend. Was disappointed to get to the counter and realize the employees didn't... know how to use mall gift cards. We had $20, and our total was $26.95, we were told we couldn't pay for $20 of our meal with thegit cards and then pay the remaining balance and I quote "the gift card has to have the exact amount of your purchase or youwon't be able to use the gift card" we discussed for several minutes and ended up paying without our gift cards. We aren't fromToronto, so we wanted to use our gift cards. Disappointing experience, should be so simply to figure out. Read more

Love chipotle, both in Canada and the US. Always good food, good service. I've never been disappointed. It was a bit hard to... find, but I'm new to the York Dale mall. To find it, definitely use the map. It's in the "dineon3" next to the chick-fil-a. Read more

Probably the worst Chipotle I have been to in Ontario, been to three and this is the least enjoyable. I find ordering I get... barely warm food and they go quite skimpy on the toppings and they mess up the orders a lot, also the quality and taste is muchlower then other locations, not sure why that is, but I definitely won?t be coming back to this one anytime soon. Not satisfied with the service. I ordered a takeout using their online app. I used the online app because I did not have time to... stand in the line because of back to back meetings. They did not receive my order on the first place and they were 10-15 minslate. This happened to me a couple of times. When I asked them if they can talk to their manager and solve this issue of onlineorders, they said they cannot do anything and just ignored the request. Not happy when the company does not have a clearmechanism to take feedback and improve! Read more
