Went in today and purchased two bubble teas and the red velvet cake, upon trying it the texture of the cake was very dry. Went... up front to ask if I can exchange as the quality of the cake was not up to standard at all. Was asked if I touched the cake?Which of course how else would I know if it was dry. Was then told they could not give me a replacement as they don?t have thebutton? Did not seem apologetic, should have handled better as I?m a paying customer. the place is very cute, has a seating area, washroom and is a great space to work. I love their drinks and the baked stuff is... always good. my only pointer would be that service can be slow during busy times. expect a line up + wait for your drinks. allsaid it's a great place. maybe skip it during peek hours if you prefer quiet and quick service. Did a pickup order today for a salted caramel and a regular milk tea at around noon. I drank my drink (salted caremal) and it... did not taste how I ordered it from past orders but thought nothing to it, assuming they just added less flavoring. It turns outthey completely mislabeled the labels so while my friend got the caramel one (labelled milk tea) and vice versa. Also I found itstrange how when asked for a bag to carry the drinks, it cost 50 cents? Not everyone travels in cars as I take the TTC/train andgetting money hungry over a plastic bag is just ridiculous. Read more
This is not my first time visiting this store, and everytime I go there the staff is always nice and friendly! I went there... today for my favorite Pearl milk tea. It's so awesome I give it 10 stars and 10 stars for costumer service. I love there tea somuch I bought a stainless steel Chatime straw to thanks for the great tea! Read more
The worst customer service ever ! Extremely slow ! As proven by my pics. Took 1 hour to get only 2 bubble teas !!! Absolutely... ???? ridiculous ???? Not only I but everyone waiting were getting very upset, irritable, and complaining to the staff and askingfor management too ! No sense of urgency at all to work at a faster pace to serve paying customers waiting 1 hour like myself ormore but fulfilling app deliveries first before your own in house customers equally or promptly. I want to be fully compensatedfor my purchase and Time as I know others were saying the same as myself there too ! Should NOT EVER TAKE 1 HOUR to get 2 bubbleteas !!! Drinks were unfortunately not that that good. Can taste a lot of the powder for the Thai milk tea and not a lot of flavor for... other of their top choices. Convenient for bubble tea but not worth it. Read more
