The staff here are so sweet! We went on Halloween and our server was all done up in spooky makeup, super cute. The fireside... seats outside are really nice, and whoever had the AUX that night had an awesome playlist going. The kahlua was really, reallygood. The cheesecake we got was honestly kind of lame with no presentation and an average taste, but it was about 8$, so not theend of the world! Read more

I went to Indulge on a Friday night to enjoy the downtown night before it gets cold. I was planning to go to Hemming’s Way but... these guys were giving out Hot Cocoa samples and it was so good. I was not sure what should I try in drinks so, Victor ( supersweet and cute guy ) who works there suggested me espresso martini. Trust me this was the best caffeinated drink I have everhad. The taste, the foam, the texture were so rich. I work as a barista and I know a bit about coffees and foams. In EspressoMartini the foam was top notch. I sat in patio with a beautiful building and city lights view, enjoyed the wind before it getstoo cold. The people who are working there are super friendly and fun. I met Kerem, Victor and one more. Consider how muchattention they give to their customers. Lastly if you are ever craving for pistachio cheesecake then this is the place. Theyhave the best cheesecake. Read more

carole’s cheesecake is a place of good food, great drinks and fantastic cakes. the atmosphere is always right and the service... is impeccable. if you’re looking for a good time with friends, can’t think of somewhere to go for a date, or are justlooking for a place to grab a drink and read a book i will always recommend carole’s ten times over. I went to the hospital for a mistake they made!!! My family and I went there for the first time to eat desserts. I'm allergic to... gluten so I googled it and saw that they have gluten-free options. When my husband ordered a Cheesecake the guy told us that hebelieved he didn't have that flavour so my husband ordered a different Cheesecake. When they brought the desserts they told methe gluten-free for me would take a few minutes. Yes, a few minutes later they brought the last slice of Cheesecake, so Ithought it would be mine. When everybody finished, the waitress brought a slice of Cheesecake claiming that it was gluten-free.So, the slice that I ate contained gluten, it was a regular slice of pay!! Supposedly, they did have the slice that my husbandasked for at the beginning and they charged it to the order without letting us know. I was disappointed, I told them since thebeginning that I was allergic to gluten. At midnight, I was at the hospital in urgencies because I was really bad for the glutenI ate. The guy in charge only said to me that it won't happen the next time. Yes, it won't be a next time because after theterrible night I had at the hospital I won't be back. Absolutely terrible experience. My friend ordered a cake TWO WEEKS ahead of time online. When she went to pick it up on the... specified date they had not prepared the cake at all. She showed him the order confirmation to which the employee said “oh,you should really call to place an order” why would there be an “Order Online” option on the website if it’s notactually an option? After she specified that it was needed for that night the employee said “are you sure? It’s has to betonight? Oh hang on a minute”. They then went to the back and brought back a prepackaged TINY, LOW SUGAR, KETO cheesecakewithout the writing she had ordered. This is absolutely the opposite of what she ordered, not to mention that she ordered avanilla cheesecake and the keto one was cappuccino. To top it off, the employee took a BROKEN half of a chocolate bar and wrotea sloppy happy birthday message on it. The chocolate bar was broken unevenly and looked terrible. The employee then essentiallysent her on her way and did NOT give her a refund for the $40 DOLLAR custom cheesecake that she had ordered. Incrediblyfrustrating and a complete waste of time and money.
