I had a great experience today at The Carbon Bar. The service was amazing, the drinks and food arrived very fast and they gave... us plenty of time at the end of our meal to relax and enjoy the environment. We had the brisket and pork ribs and you could eatboth with a spoon the meat was that tender. Will definitely be returning with friends!! Read more
Good food. Very cool restaurant with double floor high ceilings. Lots of meat, so not ideal if you're a vegetarian. Fried... cauliflower is really unique and worth trying. The fried chicken was very tender the night I went. The brisket wasunfortunately a little dry. I recommend checking this place out. Read more
The place is quite unassuming from the outside but very modern from the inside. We just had apps and drinks. The duck tacos were... a treat and so was the roasted and spiced cauliflower. The place is quiet and great to have a conversation be it with friends orbusiness. Read more
Great upscale barbecue with a twist. Best Manhattan I've had in ages and great craft beer on tap. Love the industrial but... somehow cozy interior. Can't say enough about the great service. Keep up the good work. Read more
