I used to frequent this place up until yesterday disappointing experience . I placed an order through the phone for delivery and... they said it could take up to 4 hours to deliver and I was okay with that, then I got a call saying that they had to cancel dueto having a lot of orders. Still was okay, and I said I?ll pick it up. I drove for over an hour to get there and Yes it wasclose to closing time, but all I had to do was pay and leave since my order was already placed. but the security guards didn?teven wanna open the door, and when he eventually did I told him I had an order held for me he didn?t even care and keptrepeating himself like parrot saying that they?re closed. poor communication if you are ordering for delivery. they say it should be 2 hours or under and majority it?s 4+ hours so you?re... sitting around wasting your day waiting for someone to contact you. On top of that they don?t double check the quality of theirproducts? 90% of the concentrates I have purchased from CAFE have been terrribbble quality once delivered and they only offer10% off NEXT orders to compensate if you choose to go out of your way to email the manager.
