I placed an order for catering with Bombay Palace for 8 people and I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'd... give this place 10 out of 5 stars if possible. All my requests were fulfilled and Rajiv is a pleasure to work with. He was veryprofessional and considerate. He packed everything perfectly and the food was excellent too. I started the BP tiffin service in the heart of the pandemic and carried on for a year+ without a single break! I changed... multiple homes in Toronto in the span of a year, but I never changed the tiffin service because of the amazing food, remarkableservice, and the love I received with each meal. The only reason I am not a customer now is because I moved to a different cityand they dont have services in my current city. There was immense love & care in each and every tiffin I received! Rajiv & teamwent out of their way to fulfill hundreds of little requests and suggestions I made! I remember, I had once complained thatthere was no idli in the tiffin that month, and the very next day, I got sumptious idlis delivered to my place! Delivery wassuper efficient, and I always received my tiffin on the slated time (for which I was diligently sent an email each week aswell!) Thank you to the entire Bombay Palace team! Rajiv, Rahat, and countless other folks from Bombay Palace whose names I amnot aware of that work tirelessly to feed souls craving authentic Indian food in Toronto! Ordered weekly half veg tiffin , first it is worth the price we pay for it. Secondly it is not that oily and taste like ? Ghar... ka Khana? . Rajiv the owner of the company is a great person to talk to he will definitely take care of you. He is ready forimprovisation and takes any feedback with open hands. I ordered this tiffin first time last week. It was 113$ for around one week of food. The delivery service was good but I am... disappointed with the quality of cooking. Seems like, they like using too much masala, that's all I could taste in all curries,Gave me a bad stomach. May be some people enjoy this cooking, so they are happy selling it.
