The staff at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have absolutely no regard for dietary restrictions,... health allergies and non-dairy alternatives. Every other Booster Juice location is okay with substituting yoghurt for coconutmilk. The rep lied about not being allowed to use coconut milk in smoothies which has been done every other time at differentlocations. So you have coconut milk in your fridge but you are not allowed to use it - sure, okay! Apparently, this is anabsolute no no at this location. Their refusal of using coconut milk is a direct contradiction of the Booster Juice brand whichconfirms on their website that dairy-free substitutes are available for ALL smoothies. To the owners of this location-whyfranchise a brand if you are not going to adhere to its service provisions? If you have dietary restrictions or allergies becareful with this location there is no guarantee that they will safely prepare your smoothies to your preference - especially ifthey are refusing to use available alternatives like coconut milk as dairy substitutes. I'm leaving a review only BC they lied to my face. I saw her not put yogurt in my blueberry, she admitted to it, then her co... worker came and says no there's already yogurt in it. I announce that I saw the whole process of her making it, and how there isway too much powder as it tastes like I'm taking a spoonful of powder each sip, as well as that she put no yogurt. They want meto believe in powder is yogurt? I couldn't argue with staff anymore as they cannot admit they were wrong, or forgot the yogurt. Friendly staff. It's nice that the location is on the outside so you don't have to go through the mall, but I would only ever... try to get into this parking lot well outside of rush hour. Standard Booster Juice fare, which is pretty good, but honestly tooexpensive. Read more

Poor customer service. The store manager is apparently also the owner's wife and is extremely rude. They under fill your cup,... gave the from chicken Quesedilla, turned out to be Tuna. (Allergy btw). When confronted with the order, she denied everythingand didn't want to do anything... I was baffled. I ordered a chicken, make the swap. I believe the daughters worked theretoo...Beware, they are even more entitled. She was scrolling on her phone at the cash registry while there was a line up andgot really annoyed when she had to clear the line. Mr, Owner, this will not continue for long. I love Booster Juice and frequently use other locations without issue. This place used to be awesome when it opened initially.... Unfortunately, my more recent visits have been immensely disappointing. First of all, the store is boiling hot and literallyreeks of rotten dairy. Clearly they need to improve store ventilation and the storage of dairy products within the store toprevent dairy from going bad. They also need to do a deep cleaning following some sort of incident in order to eliminate theoverpowering odour. Secondly, there is no staff mask compliance, let alone enforcement of customer masking or customerlimitation bylaws. This is particularly troubling considering that these laws exist in the interest of PUBLIC SAFETY during aGLOBAL PANDEMIC. Frankly, if store staff don't care to obey the law (or just keep their customers alive and well), then I don'tcare to remain a customer. This location routinely serves people without masks without staff batting an eyelash. The staffthemselves don't wear their masks above their noses, either, which entirely defeats the purpose of wearing a mask at all. One'snose is obviously connected to their lungs and can therefore spread an airborne virus. The last time I visited this location,they had me waiting alongside an unabashedly unmasked individual inside the store (which was also hot and reeked) for over tenminutes. Furthermore, as we were waiting for our orders, the only staff working at the time was serving additional folks whoshould not have even been in the store (according to 50% store capacity rules) instead of preparing our orders and getting usout the door .
