We came here for all you can eat. There are many OLD reviews about poor service and I can say that was not our experience. The... woman serving us went out of her way to find me gluten free soya sauce in the back, offered my daughter an ice cream flavourthat was not on the menu. EXCELLENT service. I've been going to bikkuri for years. First time back since the pandemic and what a let down. The server was extremely rude and... very obviously unhappy that she had to work. My wife and I were the only two in the restaurant and we were made to feel like aburden. After waiting to be checked on and being ignored, I finally gave up paid and left. The price has greatly increased to apoint where I dont think I'll be back. Customer service was abysmal. Read more
Went for jazz festival and had buffet here. Only one server in this resto . Not all that We listed was served. Listed shrimp... tempura, seaweeds, udon soup non was served We are four adults and one child . If you go for a group of more than three bettergo to a bigger buffet resto, with more than 2 servers. But if you are 2 or 3 you can eat here. But always check for what youhave listed . Server is exhausted so it?s not worth to follow up the orders . Read more
This place has TERRIBLE service. I came for all you can eat with my boyfriend and had finished everything we ordered but six... sushi pieces all different kinds. The waitress told us it was disrespectful of us to not finish our food like we can mentallyfigure out how much we are gonna be able to eat like oh yeah let me check how much space I have left in my stomach. On top ofthat she told us she was charging us extra for not finishing our food and when my boyfriend picked up the plate of food to moveit she came back yelling in our faces that we are not allowed to take food home, when we weren?t even doing so. My boyfriendcalmly replied twice saying we weren?t as she proceeded to yell at us than lost it the third time and THAN she listened and toldus to ?not come back here? . I?m very disappointed this used to be one of our favourite spots will NOT be coming back. Even thecustomers watching agreed and one decided to leave. Nice place, small local restaurant with Quailty food. All you can eat ???? I would given 3.5 for customer service as the... waitress was a little rude and didn?t look happy to talk, but we enjoyed our dinner and worth the price. If you are goingplease keep in mind that there are limited tables inside. Has no patio, but street parking is available infront of the place. Read more
We did the all-you-can eat option. Everything was fresh, tasty and flavourful. Would come back!
