Great spot for a business lunch. Had the salmon which is a popular item on the menu. There were many other people that ordered... the same dish for lunch and they were able to cook it to perfection. The French food here is always delicious. Had the beefmedallions a few years ago and they were so tender and amazing. Great vintage vibe bistro! If you want to escape reality and dress up fancy, this is the place to fine dine. Make sure you get... a cocktail since it is a signature there. My app, main & dessert tasted so good. It also accomidated my wife's allergies but Iwould say that they could expand their variety on dietary restrictions. “I want to serve our guests in the same way I want my mother to be served” JP, server Last night my husband and I drove... downtown from Brampton because we love the food here and always receive incredible service! Our server, JP, was super friendly,helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. When I commented how i really enjoyed my meal, especially the potatoes, JP went to thekitchen to find out how they were done. Not only did he tell me, he asked Chef Trenton to come out so we could meet him. ChefTrenton was also very friendly and gave us a dessert on the house! Had cream of mushroom soup, geese liver, beef tartare, trout, duck breast, steak, chicken. For beverages we had the daiquiri and... bee’s knees. To be honest, very, very mediocre. Every dish had me thinking “ya i don’t know, there’s gotta be somewherethat can make this better”. For this price, maybe try something else. Read more

Excellent food and respectful service are mainstays at Biff's. Small but good cocktail selection for happy hour 4-6pm. It's a... venerable place of conviviality that's been around for years and have maintained their consistency. The dark woods adds to theold school bistro atmosphere. Had the rib eye and medium rare was perfectly done, anything more is sacrilege. Read more
We went for the first time last week and it is now one of my most favourite restaurant. The atmosphere inside the restaurant has... a very romantic and warm ambiance which was perfect for date night. We usually like to get a few different dishes when we visita restaurant for the first time and we were blown away by how everything tasted. The baked Brie and steak tartare was fantastic,not to mention the beef bourguignon which just melted in your mouth. We loved the experience so much that we are taking ourfriends again at the end of the month because we miss the food already. Absolutely spectacular! Read more
First to say, I was not to plan to go to this bistro at first place! Second from outside look high end restaurant and it is... ,kinda! Restaurant it is , but bar side is just regular bar/bistro with great food and excellent choices of vines! Bartender waspolite, quick, entertaining, knowledgeable about menus and drinking choices of guests, get us a free sample of our drinks justto make sure that we are on the same page, so the say! Yrs we have a burger and fries but fries was something else! A+++! Sonext time when I will be in downtown Toronto guess where I will go!? Biff bistro it's my place! Read more
