Went there yesterday, place was dirty and disorderly. Staff looked overwhelmed and lacked basic courtesy(could be because of the... aforementioned). In my entire life had never been charged extra for a drizzle of chocolate or caramel, that changed yesterday. Read more
My aunt and uncle went yesterday and bought 2 cones, no bells and whistles just 2 single scoop cones. They were charged $15.... They don't speak English so they couldn't communicate properly to understand why they were charged so much. They received thefirst cone and charged 9.50, they gave $10 and got back .50 cents. Then they got the second cone the person asked them for moneyand charged 5.30. The same person gave them their cones and charged them so they couldn't have claimed they had an extra conehidden under their sleeve. They feel like they were taken advantage of because they didn't speak English. I hope yourestablishment better learns to deal with people who don't speak English well, and to the fellow who took the additional 5dollars from a pair of seniors, I hope you feel good about yourself. Tonight was not a great experience. Had gave my order, only was another person there, had started my order by getting the cups.... Then had left me waiting while more people came in, was expecting a little wait maybe due to milkshakes take a little longer?yeah nope? 4 people ordered after me and no glance my way until like 10 minutes passed then the person who took my order waslike ohhh and the other guy apologized and did my order due to the 1st guy who started my order (again by just getting the cupsout) was on yet another person?s order. Me and my boyfriend have bought here so many times. The taste of the ice cream and popcorn here is great. We usually buy popcorn... here every time we watch relaxing movies at home. Especially the caramel taste of popcorn is indispensable with every movie wesee. Read more
