I came here days ago for my lunch, I don?t usually eat Burrito and also am not familiar with the choices and toppings but this... store menu, and order choice listings were very detailed and easy for any customer new to this dish like me, to order???? Theirspicy hot sauce was very bomb and for whoever loves spicy, you should try it! Also, the guacamole was perfectly fresh taste.Beside that, all the ingredients were fresh, juicy and the menu is also big and has all the proteins with different the waysmaking it, they also have Crispy fried chicken choice which I like and will definitely try it for my next visit I had a chanceto meet the owner, he is very nice and friendly. Awful awful customer service do not order here- I live right across the street from bar burrito and have been a frequent... customer, however last night my partner and I ordered two burritos, one was asked to be made vegan. The vegan burrito ended uphaving dairy so we politely called as ask them to remake as they made it incorrectly. For over 30 minutes the female employeeworking the evening of august 18, 2022 was screaming (verbally abusing us) over the phone, she hung up multiple times and saidshe did not care and would not remake the burrito. The incorrect sauce was put on one order that was supposed to be vegan. I called the restaurant and told them the situation,... that my partner is lactose intolerant and was beginning to have an unsavory reaction to the burrito. Staff proceeded to say theymade the order correctly and would not remake the burrito. I asked for a manager several times and they wouldn't put me on withthe manager nor would they just apologize and remake the order. The employee that I was on the phone with answered another phonecall twice while I was in mid-sentence. Then they hung up on me and didn't pick up the phone even though I proceeded to callthem back three more times. We came at 8.30 and because they were closing at 9 they didn't want to serve fresh lettuce and the whole treat wasn't up to the... level. The front worker needs to learn how to speak and be more polite! I think her supervisor is at the back and she saw uscoming in so same goes for her... Not coming back! Read more

Horrible customer service. Staff is slow and barely understand english, you ask for one thing and have to repeat yourself like... ten times before they get it. They don?t take $100 bills or Mastercard and on top of that was just there, paid with my card?thetransaction went through on my end but they were saying it didn?t on theirs had to show them my bank app multiple times andbetween ordering + waiting for the lady to het off the phone trying to figure out what to do spent like 30 mins.
