The BEST koobideh I’ve had in a very very long time. You can tell the ingredients that went into it were top quality. So juicy... and SO flavourful. I’ll be coming here again, that’s for sure!! This is a nice cozy spot with great decor if you want to enjoy a few cocktails. The quality of the food they serve is great but... the portions are typically smaller than your typical Persian portions you might be used to. Had a great time at Banu. The drinks were creative and tasty - I recommend the Iran ‘75 and the Silk Road. The starters we... great, we had the Must have #2 (yogurt dip), the charred eggplant and the marinaded olives (which was my least fave of thethree). And for our mains, we had the Ontario rack of lamb and the Okra and eggplant with rice. The service was great and theambiance was relaxed. I would definitely check this place out again. Thank you! As an Iranian guy I can say it's one of the best Persian restaurants in Toronto, maybe it's a little small but... Very delicious... food, anything we ordered was so tasty and delightful, appetizers and main course... plus their cocktails are amazing also thelady who was our waitress was very nice and warm , we were enjoying our time there so much , can't wait to go there again andcheck other foods on the menu ???????? also they have some iranian stuff for cooking you can't find in regular supermarket Read more
