We just had a fantastic evening here for my mom's birthday and had to share our experience. The restaurant had such a lovely... ambiance to it and an authentic Italian feel. We felt like we were on vacation abroad. Every dish we ordered tasted authentic,fresh and delicious and the portions were generous. We felt so satisfied. We had a really nice and attentive server, we feltvery well taken care of. The server surprised us with a tiramisu at the end which I can confidently say was the best tiramisuI've ever had. Very pleasant dining experience. Went around 5:30 on a Friday and not busy (that came at 7). Ordered octopus starter (special)... and calamari starter, both of which were excellent, but hands down to octopus. For mains we ordered salmon/clam pasta (special),which had a great (saffron?) sauce. Other main was a flavourful linguine with shrimp. Ordered a very good chianti to drink withit (ask to taste if not sure). Ended with rich flourless chocolate cake - too much at that point - and a fantastic coffee.Service was impeccable. Thank you. Place is very well decorated. Fine dining spot and food is amazing! Staff is also friendly.
