Very unhappy experience. The cashier was very unprofessional, and did not place my order until I waited for 20 minutes and went... asking. Making this drink literally took 1 minute, yet I wasted 20 minutes waiting while there was almost no other costumers. Read more

Unfortunately I didn’t get to try the food so my complaint isn’t that… it’s the way I was spoken to today by a staff... person. If you can’t fulfill an order and need to call a customer, YOU must cancel it so the customer isn’t fighting with adelivery service for their $70 back. Calling to ask the restaurant to complete the cancellation shouldn’t result in beingyelled at, ‘you said you would cancel’. I’ll try another location but not here. Read more

Saw the sign on the street for this café and had 2 delicious croissant sandwiches (a turkey one and the salmon one), an iced... coffee and a berry smoothie. All of it was fresh, super tasty and a great price. We had 2 lovely ladies serving us and reallyenjoyed it! Read more

I am a retired senior and yesterday I had a most disturbing experience at this Aroma location. It was lunchtime and very busy. I... ordered a BLT sandwich on croissant. The restaurant charges the customer at the time of placing the order. After the charge of$10.51 came up on the charge machine and I approved, the next screen showed a choice of five tips in decreasing order. The lastchoice was No Tip. While I was studying these choices (the screen being small and the letters minuscule) the cashier reached outfrom behind the cash (had long arms) and started pressing some keys on the charge machine. I did not ask for help! I wasshocked, but the cashier said “Tap your card”. Upon my hesitation she repeated more forcefully “Just tap your card”.Reluctantly I tapped my credit card, and requested a receipt. The cashier printed a receipt that showed a tip of $1.58. I toldthe cashier I did not want to leave a tip, and she replied “No problem, I can refund you”. She took back the receipt andrefunded cash the tip. I asked for the receipt as well, but she said that she already trashed it. I requested a second receiptwhich she was unwilling to print, asking instead for my email address. Finally I insisted for the manager, who came and printeda duplicate receipt. But then his reaction was even more alarming: “There is nothing to be upset about!”. Really? Anarrogant employee helping herself to an undeserved tip, then discarding the evidence which I explicitly, repeatedly asked for.Why did the manager turn a blind eye? First time ever going kept seeing their sign for croissant sandwich (bacon, egg and cheese). They looked like big sized... sandwiches. I expected a $6 sandwich and it was $9. Told myself it must be big and good. Take it to my office to find out it hadno cheese. Well I took it back told them it had no cheese and I just wanted a refund. They process it and then smash thesandwich on the counter and say it had cheese inside the egg. I didn’t look, didn’t care and was just fine with the refund. The guy then proceeds to say I was a liar as I was walking out. I did not make a scene but they seem to want to turn it into ascene. Would post a video of me going through the sandwich if it let me. When you look up this sandwich there should be a sliceof cheddar cheese which mine did not have. Sticking to my regular Tim Horton. Even if it had that slice of cheese I could havegotten Tim's 2 can dine for the same price. I don't know if everything is over priced but this definitely was. I see manyother reviews of bad staff behavior so makes sense. The guy was bald and my receipt number is 23203042 if that helps withcontacting and remedying this behavior. Read more

Their Mediterranean-spiced chicken bowl is so good, however, quite pricey for the portion. Lovely interior and a very convenient... location for a quick meal. Did not dine in so I cannot speak of the service. Read more

I ordered a latte so i was expecting a regular or whole milk latte - which didnt happen. im not entirely sure why they defaulted... to skim milk. Because of the skim milk the burnt taste in their roast was very overpowering so when i got to work i had to addmore cream to make up for that. Overall im not a fan of their latte but might try it again in the future. However....THEIRPISTACHIO CROISSANT MADE MY DAY. Oh my god it is one of the best croissants ive eaten in a long while . Theres a deliciouspistachio creme frosting on top with crunchy pistachio peices as well as a pistachio cream (ganache?) Inside. They lightlywarmed the croissant but somehow it wss still flakey and crisp. Its a bit expensive so not something id have every day butdefinetly worth splurging for. The inside is cute but small with a ton of rush...so its would proabably not be the best placeto study or have a meeting. Read more
