I had the best possible experience here. Just went for a brewed coffee but i got talked into having a cheese danish that was... absolutely delicious. Pelonomi, the barista, was funny, kind, and sweet. Honestly, the coffee and the danish were good but thisreview is definitely for the excellent service I received. If you need a pick me up while you?re waiting in the hospital I canonly hope that you get Pelonomi as your barista as well. Read more

Delicious, but quite expensive and found the wait time to be a bit much... 2 Cafe mochas and 2 BLTs and I waited nearly 25 mins... with only 2 people before me. They have tons of gluten free options which I why I would go back. Best BLT and mocha I've everhad, so I suppose that's why it costs more :) Read more

Service is a bit slow. Got a strawberry smoothie and a chocolate croissant. Appreciated the server asking if I wanted my... croissant warmed. The strawberry smoothie had way too much ice and not enough fruit. Price point for the drink was too highconsidering it was mostly just crushed ice. Read more

Poor service. You request for something and the staff argues with you for several minutes before they follow-up with your... request. Don't expect a smile from this place either! Unfortunate... as this place serves patients and their family members (+hospital staff) that are anxious and stressed out from their hospital appointment. The last thing they need is poor attitude. If I could give 0 I would. I drink my coffee with 2 milk only, preferably skim milk but I am ok with 2% which is almost always... available at other coffee shops. My two only options were cream and "whole" milk. When I asked what percentage whole was I wastold in a very rude way that its 3% and that they "don't do" 2%. Really?!?! So because aroma "does not do" 2% we have tochange the way we drink your poor tasting coffee? Well quite frankly f*$k you Aroma and what you don't do, you should try tofocus on what the customer's needs are and train your pompass staff on how to appropriately speak to customers. I totallyunderstand that choices are limited in the hospital when wanting to have a coffee but dont take advantage of that like you dowith your outrageous pricing for low grade product. To the rude lady who doesnt do 2%. Well I dont do 3% percent but what Ido do is Express my opinion. Shame on you. Read more

Good coffee bar located in food court of Mount Sinai Hospital. Not to be confused with full location across University Avenue in... MARS Center. Coffee is okay for chain shop and food selection is decent but service can be somewhat slow. Still far better thanSecond Cup location in main walkway of hospital. Read more

I ordered their warm chick pea salad during lunch. After I returned to work I was terribly sick. I wanted to give them benefit... of the doubt and thought that perhaps it's something else I ate. But no, I went back another time and got sick from the sweetpotato salad. Not to mention, the cooks, and staff are terribly slow, and unfriendly. We do not need this in a hospital settingbecause there are a lot of patients who eat in the food court. Kitchen Hygiene should be TOP PRIORITY, irregardless of whetherthey want to treat customers with a friendly attitude or not. Read more

I'm not sure why, but every Aroma I've been to steams their milk way, way too hot for their lattes. The coffee tastes burnt as a... result. Otherwise the service is always pleasant and the atmosphere is ok! Read more
