The gentleman running the counter was super polite and helpful but I didn't get his name. I tried the jerk chicken with rice and... peas and loved it. Sweet but spicy and very flavorful. The portions were a pretty good size too. I will definitely go back andperhaps try the curry that other reviews rave about. Read more

This local business is a legendary Parkdale fixture in westend downtown Toronto. I have been going here to grab a roti for over... 15 years. The food is traditional west Indian, delicious and made with love. Today things changed. I ordered and received aboneless chicken roti with a side of their signature hotsauce. Ali's roti is a handsome portion, enough for a very hungry personof any size. But to pay $????????.???????? for a roti & a hot sauce side is too rich for me. Flavor, portion and price are notin line any more. It could be due to landlords cranking up rents, IDK but regardless I can not afford a $17 dollar roti. Read more

I frequent this Roti shop more than any other in the city. I love the goat Roti. It is my favourite. They also make amazing... doubles. And their homemade hot sauce is incredible!!! The beef patties are a great go to snack. I have yet to try theirhomemade ice cream but I bet it is amazing (I will try it soon and report back). The peanut punch is refreshing, though ittasted watered down the last time I had it. Read more

This place has been there forever. On a busy crowed road, Queen street area near Jamieson in Toronto. Street parking or paid... parking across beside Dollarama. Delicious food and good service. The place is small and not fancy but clean with pictures ofthe Caribbean. I enjoyed a king fish and rice with some difficulty because it was spicy and they do not sell milk but he told uswe can get from the convenience store next door and bring it back to enjoy our meal. Milk really works. Hubby had curry chickenroti. Tasty????. Read more

One paratha was more than enough for one person. The price was nominal compared to quality.. Musttry..... Definitely will become routine customer.... Read more

One of the best doubles in Toronto. Aloo Pie is amazing as well. Heat level can get very spicy so be careful when ordering the... spiciest doubles. Also don?t forget to try their icecream. Homemade and natural flavors of coconut, mango and cassava. Coconutis a must try. Everything is halal, if that is a preference. Read more
