Neither the biggest or smallest restaurant in the area as far as eating in goes. But for taste and value I would have to say its... right up there. We had beef, chicken and fish shawarmas and they were all really, realy, good. Fish is always a hit or miss,this one was a perfect hit. Portion size is just right for lunch and the price is very reasonable too. The two you men whoserved us were both pleasant and very quick. Not to mention that they are true Shawarma craftsment too. I tend to visit two locations for Ali Baba's. The Yongw location and the Broadview and Danforth location. This location the... platters are very nice, whereas the wraps are soso in my opinion. The Yonge location is the opposite, wraps excel and theirplatters are underwhelming. Food is overall very tasty, but I would suggest ordering over the phone to pickup as sometimes thewait can be a little long. Read more

Amazing, no complaint. Ordered: Chicken shawarma ; delivered. The portion size is amazing at Ali Baba?s. I got one dinner for my... partner and I to share. The chicken is flavourful and juicy, (never dry). The service is fast even on a Friday night peak hours!Rice is so good & hummus is great (good hummus is rare). Delicious Shawarmas and Shawarma Poutine , the falafel there is amazing as well , they... do serve a variety of food including vegetarian options , the place is clean and well maintained They do not accept tap forpayments which is a problem due to the pandemic, and their baklavas don?t look the best just because of the grass decorationsunder it , not appealing . Heard lots of different story about ali baba, went to try them after mid night only because there is no other halal options open... that time of the night. Ordered chicken shawarma plate. Chicken was really dry and no taste at all. Rice was over cooked,probably left for a long period of time in hotpot. Really was not expecting this kind of food. Price seems bit high compare tothe quality of ???? food. No comment on service, as will never visit again. Would not recommend this place at all, if you have aoption. Read more
