Friendly service, good, quick and relatively inexpensive food. My Beyond burger was a little undercooked but not bad.
Basic Breakfast, eggs sausage, bacon and hash brown and tomato slices, with coffee. Good for a quikie.
I go here alot after the bar and one time got a mozza burger.. when I got home and took a bite and spit it right out because the... mozzarella cheese tasted horrible, like gone bad.... But I go there for the fries and the chicken wraps lol Just went on Sept10.. I thought they missed my fries because I had to go back to ask for them.. only to find out when I got home they also didn'tgive me the chicken bacon ranch snack wrap I ordered. so do I get money back or ask for a chicken wrap? Don't normally take the time to write reviews but this was the second time I've had a bad experience at this location. The... cashier at the counter wasn't the friendliest and gave my wife and kids a really creepy stare the entire time we were thereright up until we left the restaurant. This location needs unbiased management to upkeep the sanitary standards. The dining area is a dirty, not cleaned after each... seating. The staff are oblivious of the condition of the dining room. Basic such as lining up chairs and tables. Picking upnapkins off the floor. The most offensive part to me is that the lady who packed my onions rings touched 2 of my onion ringswith her bare hands Yuck. The bill did not come out the right amount with 2$ donations coupon with onion rings upgrade for 1$.The impression is that if you can?t manage details, or lend a blind eye. I asked the lady to wipe my table, she wet a papernapkin and wipe without any sanitizer cleaner. This A & W failed to protect your patrons from Pandemic. The onion rings wereover seasoned for my taste, it is not like the other stores. Uncle burger meat was dry. Updating my review after a recent visit on May 6th. Stopped by to order drinks and see if service has improved over my... experience back in February. Staff were very courteous and my order was taken care of right away. No issues with accuracy andthey confirmed with me on the drinks. I plan to visit again based on this positive experience as it appears that service hasimproved. Still enjoy good quality A&W burgers/breakfast. Thanks to this location for listening to my previous feedback andtaking the time to work on improving the customer experience. Worth a visit now! Read more
