The wait times here are absolutely insane. I ordered 2 buddy burgers and nothing else and it took almost 20 minutes to get them.... It wasn't even very busy when I went. There were a couple of other people waiting for their food when I walked in, but that'sit. Unless you want to wait standard restaurant times for what's supposed to be "fast" food, there are better options. I evensaw people walk into the Jolibee across the street and wait in a line of 8-10 people and come out with their food in the time ittook me to get mine. Read more

This location is a great place that you would want to visit again and again.. It?s clean and the staff are friendly. I like the... way they prepare and serve their food. The burger is awesome.. (bun, meat and veggie) it is fresh! and I can tell by the lookand taste of it!???? I like the sweet potatoes and onion rings, the way they fry it-not burned or oily just perfect! The diningarea- very clean and staff are wiping/sanitizing their counters from time to time. Over all my experience in this location isawesome they deserved a 5 stars???? Keep it up guys!???? I wouldn?t normally leave a review for a fast food chain but the employee I dealt with for this particular visit provided... exceptional service, it deserves to be acknowledged. (However I didn?t get his name ): ) I recently moved to Toronto and wasshocked at the lack of customer service in the food industry here. People truly don?t care, orders always wrong, and they giveattitude. The employee working cash around 7:30pm last night (August 13th) was so patient and so on top our order and sopleasant to speak to. We received everything we ordered, everything was made correctly and he went above and beyond to labeleverything so it was easy to identify what was what. Also gave us a big bag to help carry it all out (it was a fairly largeorder). On top of that, the food was incredible and the restaurant was so clean and inviting. We will definitely be returning! I go there every morning for my coffee before work. They are always super friendly, very clean (I watch cashiers wash their... hands before making anything) and always have my coffee order ready in a very timely manner. As someone who goes to a school near this area, it is very convenient to get lunch here. Every time i come here, there is always... great service and amazing food. The workers here are always so kind and always give me a smile! Which leaves a smile on my face!Not only do i come here on school days, but also late nights. The restaurant is always clean and you can tell how much effortthey put into the restaurant. Also this place is perfect if you?re trying to get your daily protein intake.
