Great and fast service. I had a Teen Burger, Fries, Gravy, and a Root beer. It was really good. There is lots of seating at this... Location. I like that they have a hand washing station so you can wash your hands after eating. The food is better here than atMcDonald's down the street and this restaurant is much closer to my home. The first time I ate A&W was back in 2006 when I wasaway with the Family in Thunder Bay. I forgot how good it really is. I will be back. Read more
Overall the service is quicker than my local A&W and more juicy. Staff is attentive and energetic. The dining area is cleaner... than most downtown fast food joints but only at certain times. Would recommend as an alternative to the double arches down theroad. Read more
Employee didn't wash hands after coming back from the bathroom. He got aggressive with me when I asked them to cancel my order... due to this. As it turns out no one in the kitchen even had a food handlers certificate. This place needs to be shutdown. UPDATE: I spoke to the owner of the restaurant and she was defending the actions of the employee saying that she checkedthe cameras and the employee didn't come from the bathroom (he did), she did acknowledge that the employee didn't wash his handsbut didn't see any problem with it. I had the Teen burger with sweet potato fries and root beer. After the first bite, you can tell right away that the meat is of... better quality compared to McDonald's, Burger King, and other mainstream fast-food chains. The bun and other ingredients wereaverage. Sweet potato fries were ok. A&W beats the fast-food chain's competition, but it is not that cheap. For a similar price,you can get a better burger. Ate at this A&W outlet in May 2022. My first meal at an A&W since I was in my 20s. A&W in Singapore stopped operating in... Singapore for many years. Wanted to eat its famous Coney Dog. But it was not available at this outlet. The burger wasnevertheless quite good. So were the fries and the must-have root beer. Service at this outlet was excellent. Staff were veryhelpful to my wife and I who are elderly people. The place was small but cosy and very clean. Read more
