Good food, sometimes ordering is difficult because staff have thick accents or they don't understand you. Also a mistake with... my order ended up in me paying additional for chubby chicken burger combo, total for combo was $19! The only changes waspoutine instead of fries. I wish staff didn't hafe to deal with the homeless hanging out there. Some are smelly anduncomfortable stares when you enter the restaurant. Read more
The food is as good as any other A&W and the service is good, but it feels more like a homeless shelter than a restaurant. One... day I was in there and a homeless man stripped down to his underwear and staff did nothing about it. I can't say I blame them.They are not paid enough for that. Maybe they should hire a security gaurd. Read more
Usually good, but stick with their tried and true items: burgers, beyond meat burgers, and their root beer. Their fries tasted... like they'd been in the freezer too long. Dry, old and lacking. Also, the Chubby Fried Chicken Sandwich is not in anyway"chubby" (think pancake). Again, go for the burgers. Read more
Everything is good, but I would have preferred the staff at the counter to be more welcoming, perhaps smiling/greeting warmly.
Very clean and friendly staff , theyre fast enough for early morning, I ordered 2 teen burgers with a fries and everything... taste good and opposite of A&W on Jarvis and Wellesley which everything is super salty and you can't eat them, all of my foodsfrom here were taste good and fresh and balanced Read more
Came here late night when everything else around is closed. Just the standard food experience that I expect from other chains.... The mozza burger and little buddy burger is a value choice as always. Onion rings are dusted with enough A&W seasoning. Staffis really friendly. Location is clean and bright, even though it's open 24 hours. The only complaint would be a little longerwait time due to new staff working at this new location. Would definitely come again when I'm craving burgers or when things areclosing at really late hours. Read more
Place is very clean, modern. Food quality excellent! Burger was prepared after I placed order and came fresh and tasty. Had... dinner with my daughter and we left very satisfied. I am glad they use French?s ketchup, 100% Canadian. Staff checked proof ofvaccination with ID. Way to go! Read more
