Update: today I tried A&W's breakfast sandwich combo and was not disappointed! The hash brown is better than McDonald's and the... English Muffin Bacon & Egger is comparable to the McMuffin! I often go to this A&W for lunch and have always enjoyed theefficient service. My A&W staple is the Teen Burger combo, but today I decided to try the new Beyond Burger. I have to say, itwas actually the best veggie burger I've ever had! Flavor and texture of the patty were very similar to real ground beef. Theonly noticable difference between this and their beef patty was that the Beyond Burger patty was less salty! Read more
A&W is actually a really good franchise, I have had a couple bad experiences at this location. Ordered a meal on the app, plus a... coffee. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in the app and the lady at the cash (Angie) claimed to not see the order including iton her end. I showed her the receipt from the app, hoping that would be enough, given that coffees were a $1 for any size at thetime. This woman fought me tooth and nail over a $1 coffee, unlike anything I've seen before, and I'm really patient withworkers who have to put up with drama. I ended up doing a chargeback and have never gone back here. I work in the officebuilding and used to eat lunch there several times a week/month, and they knew me as a regular diner. I don't really know whyshe felt the need to alienate a regular customer over something so dumb. Read more
