The night time staff were super nice until they were not at the Danforth and Pape location! They need to be re-trained on... customer service and in general that location needs to train better on how to interract better with individuals facing mentalhealth. If someone asks you to call an ambulance for them...DO IT! NO reason at all did I need to intervene and have had toFORCE you to call an EMS! Be better! Read more

HORRENDOUS experience. Truly awful. It says it's open 24 hours but they shut down randomly to clean without actually informing... anyone, updating their hours or anything. I wanted 4 burgers, they were only willing to make 3, they refused to make 4 or tellus why they couldn't make 4 when they could make 3.
