For some reason I ordered a Mama burger instead of my usual teen burger. Damned if I know why. I got the burger and took a... bite. First thing I noticed was a blast of pickles. I like pickles don't get wrong but it was a bit overwhelming the first biteand better as I got accustomed to it. A&W still has some the best onion rings from a fast food outlet. Delicious burger. I remember I went there around 1:30am. I ordered a teen burger with bacon. While I was waiting, two men... started arguing and one pulled a hatchet out of his backpack. I still stood there waiting and I?m glad I did. The burger wasamazing. 10/10 would recommend. Read more
Was at this location 07/09/2022. It was as hot as a sauna. There was one employee to take orders and then cook and prepare the... food. The other employee was on a break in the dining area. It didn't take long for the order to arrive. Go to the condimentarea no ketchup and no napkins. I asked the only employee currently working she was friendly and handed me the condiments. Theburgers were hot. The rootbeer the mug was not frosted disappointment as there was no ice in it. The fries were cold and hadbeen re-cooked several times. I could tell when I split one in half the potatoe was almost all gone. They were tasteless hollowtubes. The heat was also unbearable. Won't be returning to this location anytime soon. Read more
Been here constantly, Very clean and bright environment. Double buddy burger is my always go-to.Although the cheese is an add-on... compare to similar competitor McDouble which already has cheese and cheaper ? I still like A&W better. Reasons are: 1. you canadd lettuce and tomato for FREE. 2.You can switch the buns into lettuce wrap for FREE, while other fast food chains don?t evenprovide this option. If you?re a healthy freak but also sometimes craving for fast foods?get this. Read more
This location is never properly staffed. During rush lunch hour, only three people are here including the cooks and front staff.... 7 people are in line waiting for their food and each has to wait 25 minutes. That's someone's entire allowed lunch break! Fastfood? Don't count on it. Never come back!!!! Read more
Halloween night the staff here were absolutely fantastic despite being only two people in the entire place for possibly one of... the busiest Monday nights... The manager who created the shift for this day should be ashamed for what they put their staffmembers through. That being said your staff members handled it in stride with no complaints, there was an error in my order butI don't even care because they were trying so hard. Read more
