Worst a&w in Canada. You need to get an experienced manager in here. Food was already cold when it came out and it seems like... the staff is so lost. The place is nasty. Never coming back unless I am starving. Read more
Customer service was captivating (cough.. cough). At this point, I?d rather order food from 7/11. Workers look like they want to... die and their last resort of survival is serving you food. I may of went at a bad time. Yesterday around 630 but it was extremely dirty to the point I canceled my order after seeing how... the kitchen was as well. The cashier just simply does it all. Take your money, and go straight to the kitchen to build your burger with his bare hands.... No washing in between. Very efficient i believe. Customer skills as good as a robot. Read more

The bathroom is a killer, they have this fancy touchscreen keypad on the bathroom, as if they are protecting some kind of... stellar bathroom but it turned out to be dirtier than the dirtiest McDonald's bathroom, no hook for the bag, NO MIRROR, blowdryer didn't work...
