I always have to place my order at least 15 minutes ahead of time otherwise it?s not ready when I get there and I end up being... late for work. This time I ordered like normal and it still wasn?t ready because the espresso machine wasn?t working. I waitedfor about 15 minutes before having to leave without my coffee. When I heard it wasn?t working I kept trying to get someone?sattention and no one would even look in my direction. I?m writing this so hopefully you can improve. Pleasant, helpful, hardworking staff. Everyone was really hustling. My large order was processed quickly and correctly.

I don't understand why they still cannot staff this location appropriately, every time I try to stop they are closed. It seems... like they just randomly decide to close at some point in the afternoon, regardless of their posted hours. They should have theiractual hours of operation listed instead of the make believe numbers they currently have listed. Read more
Ordered one donut and one coffee. I was very clear on speaking slowly about what kind of coffee and what I wanted in it and it... was still wrong. They didn't have the donut I wanted but I understand that it was not their fault. Read more
They need to straighten out their hours. On the door it says they are open 6 to 6 daily. On Google it is listed as 6 to 330... daily. Today, 11-28-2021, I put in a mobile order at 3:07. Yet when I arrived at 3:10 to pick it up the doors were locked andthe employees were cleaning up inside. This is the second time this has happened. Most of the time friendly service .Quality is hit or miss. Depends on how long the doughnuts have been displayed.
