I always have to place my order at least 15 minutes ahead of time otherwise it?s not ready when I get there and I end up being... late for work. This time I ordered like normal and it still wasn?t ready because the espresso machine wasn?t working. I waitedfor about 15 minutes before having to leave without my coffee. When I heard it wasn?t working I kept trying to get someone?sattention and no one would even look in my direction. I?m writing this so hopefully you can improve.
