Reviews for Wendy's in Topeka, KS
Used the drive through. The staff was great on the intercom system (very clear to understand, and got everything correct first... time), and the window staff had everything ready to go, and was very friendly and pleasant. Read more
Awful location!!! They don't even fill your drinks all the way up. I'm talking a solid inch plus below the norm. They can't... even manage to put the cheese on the burgers all the way. I mean, the cheese is halfway on the burger, halfway just in thewrapper. Plus it's cold right off the batt, like the cheese isn't melted cold. On top of all that, they didn't even take thetime to remember the sauce for my kids nuggets. I normally love going to Wendy's, but I will never go to this location again Read more

The young dude they have working the window is amazing!!! Every time I stop in and he?s working, he always enthusiastically ask... how your day is going. He seems to enjoy his job (hard these days)! And is always smiling. He seems like the type of personwhere are you would feel bad about going and saying your orders messed up if it was. Read more

I ordered via a mobile app and went through the drive thru. The young lady at the window just opened the window and... said "ya?" Handed us our drinks and walked away some other gentleman handed us 2 bags She came back to the window and closedit. After looking at our order we saw stuff missing so we circled back, tried the lobby this time but it was closed. Had to goback through the drive thru and ask for the rest of the order and straws. I must say that I don't feel that a "hi how are you?"Or a "thanks have a good day." is too much to ask and that's definitely the bare minimum for customer service. I don'ttypically write a negative review because I see how much it can potentially hurt a business. However, in this case I wouldrather drive 2 miles to a Wendy's that treats me like I'm not an inconvenience then to go to that one again that's only 4 blocksfrom my house. Read more
