The food of my chilldhood! I only get to go there on the off chance I am in Topeka or Wichita. I love Taco Tico... best... enchiladas anywhere. Great prices, but I do wish they would add the green onions back as an option, they are missed. Ordered 2orders of enchiladas uncooked, to bring back home to heat and eat the next day. HEAVEN!!! DO NOT eat at this place!!! Terrible customer service and very rude employees. They hung up on me and when I called back they... argued with me. I called them to let them know that the meat I got on my taco burgers was old and burnt. They did not care andtried to tell me it?s because it was heated up from the day before. The staff is very polite. Their meat is so good I have loved it since I was a kid. Taco burgers and sanchos are my favortie.

This is a guilty pleasure place for me. I love the Tico. It's American greasy tacos at their best. This is one of the last... restaurants in the area. Tacos and cheesy tots are my go to order. We usually travel 45 miles to have tacos! ( I only wish theydidn't have Fox News on...but at least there is no sound). First, you have to understand that I drive from Kansas City for only two reasons: 1) use the Kansas State Library and 2) stop at... Taco Tico. This was horrifying. A number 6 dinner--the tacoburger was topped with raw onion; the taco was about two teasoons ofmeat and inedibly salty (tossed it after one bite); the bean tostada reeked from the gone-over shredded lettuce. I understandthat any help is hard to find, but if this was due to a new employee, SEND THEM HOME WHILE YOU STILL HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS.
