5 days in a row...no meatballs, no steak for sandwiches, no roast beef up front, out of 3 different breads, no subway2go... sandwiches on the main floor...etc.. etc.. etc..This place is terrible. this place has 20 reviews as of this and 6-7 of them are1 star reviews followed by many other 2 stars and this place still wont fix the issues, think about that for a minute. This is an update from my previous review which was a higher rating. This place has gone to h*ll. It started nice, within a few... months it was sliding downhill, now its bad every single time i come here. I have been reading other recent reviews and they areright. How difficult is it to keep stuff in stock to make sandwiches at a sandwich shop, seriously? I asked for two differentbreads and they didn't have them at dinner time. I asked for two meatball subs, they were out of meatballs and 530pm on aSunday. I asked for a Steak and cheese and i was told they didn't have any of the meats ready. I finally got disgusted with theutter incompetence and lack of preparation and walked out. Actual score is Negative 1 Star. I have also written a letter to thecorporate office including pics of filthy tables, a girl making a sandwich without gloves and napkins holders that werecompletely empty among other things. Maybe this place will start caring when corporate gets ahold of them or customers simplystop spending money here and it ends up costing more to pay the rent on this place than it makes. I guess you have one claim tofame...i posted pics on social media and you have the distinction of being in the TOP 3 most worthless SUBWAYS in Topeka.Congrats. Read more
just spoke with a guy at the truckstop about subway. we agreed to leave reviews in the hopes that someone will actually care... enough to get their act together and hire staff that can accomplish tasks and get this place back on track. there is a new truckstop opening on I-70 and we will gladly go there if things do not change. keep food in stock, keep to go subs in the truck stoplike you're supposed to, keep bread made and ready, keep ingredients stocked and hire knowledgeable staff that doesnt have toshare dentures. HEY SUBWAY....let me ask you guys something, how hard is it to keep a SANDWICH SHOP stocked with the stuff it takes to make... SANDWICHES?!?!?!??!?!?!!?!! I travel on the road 6 days a week, i stop in here every day going out of town and every eveningcoming back to town. Thats means i am there 2 times a day, 6 days a week.... thats 48 times a month. And EVERY SINGLE TIME i askfor a sandwich you are out of all 3 breads that i want and the last 13 trips i have been told youre out of meatballs, so i askfor chicken and im told its frozen so i ask for steak and cheese and you dont have it, etc.. etc.. etc.. etc.. So, i decide togo grab one of your Subway To Go Subs in the truckstop...guess what..YOU DONT HAVE ANY OF THOSE EITHER?!?!?!?!? This is the mostpathetic, sorry, mismanaged Subway i have ever seen... the useless, incompetent, inept, unskilled, tatted up, toothless NorthTopeka staff needs to be trained on how to keep everything stocked up. We stop here 3 times a week and we normally grab lunch. It has always been good...until we tried the Subway sandwiches that are... premade and located in the truck stop convenience store area. We got the TURKEY, DOUBLE MEAT. We got out to the vehicle and backon the road ..we opened it up and there was 4 pieces on super thin turkey that didn't even cover the bread. It couldn't havebeen more than 2 ounces of meat...and this is supposed to be a DOUBLE MEAT SANDWICH. This is a complete rip off. I just spentnearly $20.00 on 2 sandwiches that were nothing more than a piece of bread with virtually no meat....one had 2 pieces of cheeseon it. Read more
Beware! They sell old cookies here...and just about every other Subway, as well. I go in and order a sub...no problem, that was... delicious. But they have a cookie cabinet and the chocolate chip cookies looked as fresh as I've ever seen, so I order threecookies, thinking that I'll get what's in the cabinet....WRONG! Bait and switch, the lady put some 2 day old pre-packagedcookies in my bag. Never again, this is not isolated, it happens at every subway. Never again will I order your old, nastycookies. Read more
Check expiration dates! Wish I read reviews before. Grabbed a kids meal on November 12, 2022 and the applesauce expired on... August 22, 2002. Sprite was also bad, no syrup. Please be more attentive to inventory, ESPECIALLY with kids meals. Read more
