Stopped on our way home from Thanksgiving break. Wanted milkshakes and there were people inside and the door was being locked as... we came to the door. There were workers inside just sitting around on their phones. No wonder why so many steak and shakes areclosing. Won't be surprised if they are all out of business soon. Read more

Where has customer service gone? Order your own food on a kiosk, interior is filthy, tables unclean,floors look like they... haven't been cleaned in a very long time. don't even look in the bathrooms. And no employee EVER makes contact with you otherthan calling your number. Then to top it off the food is not that good. Read more
Food and prices were excellent as always, but we were disappointed in the fact that they did away with servers and went to an... ordering kiosk instead. Probably won't be back for sit down restaurant due to this. I always saw steak n shake as a 50's dinervibe and in trying to keep up with the times and moving to only kiosk ordering has kind of ruined that feeling. Read more
Food was good. My wife and family had never eaten @ here or even seen one since they aren't in our area. The food was what you... would expect, but the customer service was top notch. You have to use a kiosk to order but I saw an employee help a fewcustomers and even walked an elderly women through the process and made the adjustments so she could have a Patty Melt liked sheuse to order. We were a group of 7 (2 adults and 5 kiddos) that had been on the road for over 2 weeks and 5000 miles and thestaff dealt with my kiddos and kept asking if we needed anything. I want to start off by saying the location wasn?t even busy. Absolutely horrible service in the drive through. The speaker is... so poppy neither of us could hear each other. Then we get to the window, the cashier didn?t talk or mumbled, either way couldn?thear. We ordered a chicken finger combo and a number 2 combo. Food gets handed to us after about 7 minutes of waiting. Theorder is completely wrong. We have a DoorDash receipt in the bag along with our receipt, and neither of them were right! Thefries for one of the combos were missing. The ?burger? we ordered was a double patty, with onions (asked for no onions) and anunidentifiable sauce that?s similar to southwestern, not to mention it literally came on slices of bread. The Dr Pepper isstraight syrup. The chicken fingers were thumb-sized and soggy, not to mention cold. This was my first experience at a steakand shake and I?m positive I?ll never return. If I could give them a 0 star review, I would- but unfortunately the lowest I cango is 1 star. Read more
Dishes are simple but enough for a great meal, prices are decent for the food you get in my opinion shakes are more expensive... than a burger combo. I got a jalapeño burger with chili fries and I was just satisfied. They have drive through and pick upparking slots for those that use the app. Four stars for the condition of the building the owner really needs to make arenovation in the inside like ceiling, restrooms, floor, chairs and tables, etc. The service was great since the moment wearrived until we paid our bill, Vitoria was our waitress she really did exceptional taking care of our party, the total bill was$40,00 plus tip. Can't sat much about experience or service as we drove through while is Missouri. That said, it was good food at a reasonable... price and something different. I would stop again. My family says the milkshakes would indeed bring everyone to the yard. Picklespear chips on the burgers is a nice touch! Read more
