Horribly rude and hateful. Every single employee I had contact with this morning. We couldn?t hear each other in drive through... because there was a girl scrubbing mats and talking to someone right by the speaker so we drove to to the window to order .There were literally no other customers but this angered them apparently. They forgot to put the mocha flavor in my mocha hot cuppa chino and only filled it up a little more than halfway full and it... tasted a tad strong but it was still nice to get a coffee at Starbucks and im sure their scones and good taste good. I'll goback another time and try one of their scones and breakfast sandwiches with a different kind of coffee..maybe a frappe or alatte. Read more

The "shift lead" this morning was absolutely rude and apparently has had no training in customer service. Defiantly prefer the... one on 29th and Wanamaker. I will be going there from now on. They are always super friendly and make it a point to make suretheir customers leave happy, with a smile :) oh and what they actually ordered. Read more
I wish I knew the young man?s name that was in charge of the drive thru line at this Starbucks the morning we stopped by,... because he had the exact positive energy and enthusiasm we needed to lift our spirits and get us ready for the road! Shout outto him- he?s how every food industry worker & worker in general should hold themselves! And as always, Starbucks is Starbucks.I do love to get their protein egg bites sometimes when I want something to eat that?s somewhat good for you and also filling,which isn?t the easiest to find at SBux. As any other Starbucks that I have visited, the place here is inviting, cozy, small/not overwhelmed, and the service great...... kind employees and orders served within a reasonable time. Bought a "Traveler"....box with bag of brewed coffee to go. Takes them about 10 minutes to make it and they give out 8 paper... cups, creamer, and sugar packets. This is usually not on the drive-through as they need you to come in to order it. But weworth the $20 if you are needing coffee for 8 or 10 people. Read more
