I had a small mistake on my order but the staff was great they remade my food fresh and corrected the mistake while also taking... care of a bus load of volleyball players. I was very satisfied and kudos to the crew. Read more
They were very busy with drive through, lobby and door dash orders. They were getting orders wrong and taking almost 30mins per... order. Staff was not communicating well with each other and they were lacking greatly in organization. I am giving three starsinstead of one only because my food was correct and hot but I did have to wait a long time for it. Read more
I love the bacon egg and cheese biscuit.... Oh and the cinnamon rolls with a nice cup of hot coffee ?? It is very busy,... specially during breakfast , at least it has been for me from personal experience; and when this happens, I prefer to orderahead through the app, and it makes it so much better that when you arrive to the speaker all you have to do is give them thecode and within seconds you're through and on to the first window. I never like ordering and picking up on the parking spotbecause it takes decades, but if you choose picking from the window it is fast. I think people that are ordering for a dozenpeople should try this option, it will make it easier on themselves to remember their order, avoid mistakes, and make it andeasy and faster transaction. We ordered burgers and fries. And 13 freshly made chocolate chip cookies, the cookie tote. Because when you order the cookie... tote 13 chocolate chip cookies they have to make them fresh. They gave me their old style not fresh cookies. So I looked at thelady and I said these are not fresh I ordered the cookie tote and I asked for them to be freshly made she apologized and told meto pull to stall number one and they'll get them right out to me. It took 38 minutes. I had to call them Bang on the doorbecause the door was not open. The manager lady thought that bringing out ice cream would make the 38 minutes OK. My kids friesare cold burgers are cold it's 7 something at night dinner time we've been out playing all day no ice cream doesn't make itbetter. Read more
This McDonalds really sucks. Seems like everytime I go there is a problem. I asked for no onions on my burgers so why would I... want onions on my Mcchicken. By the way my Mcchicken had to bottom buns. Went through drive through for 1 Frappe and 2 Cheeseburgers with Extra pickles, Extra onions. Frappe was 3/4 full. Cheeseburgers... had rock hard buns and missing onions(No big deal) tried to fix order inside, my food was opened and examined by 3 DIFFERENTEMPLOYEES! They then returned the same stale burgers, one half eaten, both in FAR worse shape, with actual piles of onionsinside and outside of them. Even the full burger was ripped in half after passing through everyone's hands. And then the managerbrought this trash to me as if I'm the one inconveniencing her. Not the first time. I previously had the same manager threatento call the police on me because I asked for her managers number regarding her refusal to accept my survey coupon on aFrappe/low profit item. Read more
Ordered a large coffee and was only filled halfway. When I spoke to a female manager she was rude simple repeating "what do you... want me to do about it?" And then hung up on. I even had to contact a different location to get corporates number. This ladyshould not be in management. However, there are some amazing crew members here. But I will not be going back to this lacationbecause this rude manager has had an attitude towards anyone who calls on multiple occasions.
