They actually got my food order right this time including the sandwiches. However, the fries could be fuller in the box,... considering the price you are paying for them... I ordered a large fry it came out to be a medium fry. I know this because Ialso ordered a medium fry and put the fries out of the large into the medium box and it was the same amount. Read more

Went there to get my child and I food and the person taking my order cut me off they forgot my fries and my chicken nuggets were... all gooey like they got stuck together in the fryer and didn't finish cooking. Update: my child has thrown up twice since eatingthere. Went again a few weeks later and the chicken nuggets were so hard they broke my tooth. Read more
Drive thru was slow and only one line was being serviced, employee taking orders and was window server was rude, inconsiderate... of my questions about slow service and told me I'd have to drive back around to order what they wouldn't take 1st time. Managergave excuses for no window service and there were no customers inside but myself, and had to yell to staff to come to front totake my order ( she finally took my order after i spoke to her and then she left the counter), and all food was really cold(had to reheat it at home), asked for salt and got 2 small packets. Had to ask for a drink carrier for our orders. Also, thefront counter had ketchup on the counter at the pickup area near the register and had not been wiped down before servicingcustomers. Worst service we ever had at this location (on Gage blvd, Topeka, Ks) because this is the 2nd time in 1 week's timethat I couldn't get my order taken thru drive-thru and had to go inside and and ask for a manager to talk to about the lack ofservice. This place is bad. I went last week and dined in. The cleanliness was horrible nowhere to sit because the tables were dirty. The... fountain area had ketchup and soda everywhere. It was just dirty including the bathroom. I went today and got a McRib mean andthere was hair in my food. This is the last time I will visit this location. Read more
Holy toledo I just discovered that my favorite drink an iced coffee is only $1.84 for a small, medium, or large!! Yay. Nice... young folks who work in the drive thru and I like the plastic cups. They are sturdy and don't drip. I also like their hotcoffee and I always love the holiday times because of the festive looking cups. Read more
