Normally this KFC is awesome, but this visit my Popcorn Chicken was tough and tasted like it had been sitting for too long. I'll... definitely give them another shot because the food is usually delicious. Read more
While watching gentlemen make my order. He smashed the chicken to make lid fit bucket. When asked not to do that ,they informed... me that's what they do. Why not just use another bucket especially since the order was half original and half extra crispy. Read more
The food and staff were fine but the smell inside was awful. Very pungent old/stale oil smell. We were going to sit inside but... the smell was so strong, we had to leave. Makes me question if it's being changed and cleaned as much as it should be. Read more
Disappointed. Got a Doordash delivery. Ordered 8 wings, but got 5 wings and 3 drumsticks. Ordered 2 large sides of cole slaw,... but got only 1. I called the store and complained and they said I had to work it out with Doordash. Doordash gave me a creditworth half as much as the missing items. I'll go to other stores, never again this one. Not bad for a KFC restaurant! Our order was attended to quickly, and our food was ready in a matter of minutes. The staff was... very polite and helpful. There wasn?t a long line and the food was delicious. Not very clean but exceptional for a restaurant. Read more
27 August 2022, approximately 4:30 pm. Disappointed. Ordered the 8 piece (original) chicken family dinner with 4 biscuits and... two large sides for take out. When we got home there were no thighs. We had 2 legs, 3 wings and 3 breasts. While this istechnically 8 pieces, it was not the implied 2 wings, 2 breasts 2 legs and two thighs that one would expect. This may not be anissue for most people, but my husband does not particularly like chicken, but will eat chicken thighs. And his displeasure ateffectively taking him out of the meal, means I won't be talking him into another KFC dinner soon. My recommendation isemployees not sub food items without consulting the customer. I could have been offered two crispy thighs or two other pieces oforiginal chicken. ( I would have chosen two legs.)
