I had eaten at Jersey Mikes at LAX and it was very good. I was excited to have the same experience at the SW Wannamaker store in... Topeka, KS. What a disappointment the bread was very dry. Just not good the good food that I had experienced before. They hadsit down low top table in front of where you order so it was very congested. The windows were filthy dirty. Very poorly managedstore. I won't be going back to any Jersey Mikes store anytime soon. Read more
Staff is always rude but today I stood in the store for 5 minutes alone while the two employees made a Togo order and never... acknowledged my presence. I left and I'll never go back. Lettuce looked like it was a week old and their bread lately has beenhard as a rock. Awful service and I'm surprised anyone still goes to this place considering how awful the staff treats theircustomers. Read more

Very rude people. Employees calling each other out is very unprofessional. I order online and my order is t even ready when it... should be, and one girl popped attitude with me for being 2 minutes early to pick up my sandwich. Never coming to this oneagain!! Read more
