Ate from the downtown location and it was soon good the next night we ordered from the Wanamaker store. They made sandwiches... every bit as tastey as the Kansas ave. store did. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's #8,#9,#11 and the baked lays with theStubborn Root beer. SOOO GOOD! Read more
Good sandwiches.. although they they do seem to be getting smaller. Service is exceptionally slow at this location.
Lots of good Chef prepared sandwiches. Much preferred over ala' carte sandwich shops.

The food is awesome, but the staff and service here is not very good. It takes 20-30 minutes to get through the line. I... ordered ahead with the application showed up when it said and I waited another 25 minutes to get my order. They had made myorder and threw it in a warmer but never called my name. When I asked them why she did not call my name, she said that is notmy job it's his while pointing at another employee. I reminded her that she was part of a team that wins and loses together. Iwas ignored after that. I have had much better experiences at othe locations. Jersey Mike's food is awesome and this is theonly location I have had issues at. Give them a try. Good sandwiches but frustratingly slow at lunch time! Today I walked in the door at 11 am and did not walk out with my order... until 11:41. There were only 7 people in front of me. I eat there every Wednesday and it's always so slow because there isnever more than 3 people working. If there were other better options in walking distance, I would never eat there again! All itwould take would be to add at least one more person to help. I don't think they realize how many customers the are losing atlunch because people can't wait that long. Read more
