The atmosphere has a great BBQ county theme to it, well lit, clean, and organized. The menu is a little cluttered but easy to... read none the less. The price is above the value and taste of the food, especially how bland the food is. The spicestingredient is not the mild or hot sauce, but the black pepper. Other then that the food is extremely bland. Absolute lack ofspices, or should I say none at all. Other then that the beef brisket is quite soft, not spiced at all, but has defintepotential with spices. The pulled chicken was God awful dry, however with some grease and spices could definitely be a hot itemtoo. We?re very tasty and tender. Sold my wife and mother-in-law onBrisket with a variety of slides. Brisket is chopped, not sliced as it would be in Texas, but moist smokey and delicious. Theportions were huge. Both ladies had meat to go! My ribs were well smoked and sauced. Very tender but still on the bones soyou could easily peel the meat from the bone. The bun was really soft and had a good flavor. The baked beans had theirown unique flavor and so did the sauce selection. If you want hot and fast bbq, check this place out! Read more
