I'm a huge fan of Mr Goodcents and have been eating my favorite sandwich for 25 years, but lately things have been on a terrible... slide. The sandwich I had today was smaller (width). Maybe a shrinkflation trick? The cookie (which has been unsuccessfullytinkered with since Mr Goodcents went corporate) is at an ALL TIME LOW. I used to crave their cookies. It was unedible today. Gross in fact. I wondered if I had been poisoned after one bite. Get it together Goodcents!! You used to have the bestsandwiches and cookies in America. Then you went corporate and took the quality down a notch. Earlier in the year I had asandwich and cookie that reminded me of the good ol' days, pre-corporate. I thought you were back!! There was a guy a awhile back and I believe his name was nick and he was absolutely amazing and kind. We were short one time and... he paid the difference with his money. We tried to give him a thank you card but last we knew he had switched locations I wishwe could contact him because he had done so many kind things for us and we never got to officially thank him this happenedaround 2021 and we?re still trying to find him. Doordash never delivered my food I waited for 2 hours. Luckily the store shift manager brought me the order. I called doordash... and they said they will issue me a refund. Never received a refund call doordash again and they said the general manager from Mrgoodcents will call me and that never happened. I'm not sure how else to get a hold of anybody.
