I have yet to go to the drive thru and get the correct order. Not during busy hours ... I was the only 1 in the drive thru and 2... cars in the the parking lot. What are the easiest job so dam hard for people to do CORRECTLY!!! Guess I will have to drive allthe way over to Wanamaker from now on. Not going back to this ridiculous place again. Read more

I normally have great experiences with freddys but this one was terrible. The staff was too busy messing around and throwing... fries and eating ice cream. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took 15 min to get our food. 90% of the tables werevisibly dirty and all the staff was talking and yelling behind the counter. Went there as a drive through. Got my food and left. Was unable to eat my chili for 2 hours because they did not put any... silverware in my bag. By the time I got home my food was cold and had to heat it up. Also I asked for the toppings (cheese andonions) I did not get that at all either. I am highly disappointed and will NOT be going back. Have given this location several ?2nd chances? and always drive away disappointed in myself for making poor life choices. Bad... customer service, cold food and melted concretes are their specialty. Waited in line for what seemed to be a very long time. One car in front of me bailed out, presumably because of the wait. ... Finally got to place our order, which was only two orders of regular fries. Drove up to the window and paid for and receivedthe fries. Much to our disappointment, the fries were lukewarm, at best. Really good food and their customer service was excellent. I ordered chili cheese fries and forgot to ask for it in a separate... basket from my burger, like I normally do, they were very accommodating about making another burger for me. I felt super bad,but they were really nice about it. Definitely recommend them for a great diner style burger experience. Read more

The Freddy's franchise is top notch and they hire top of... notch staff who understand customer service and are usually having fun in a mostly fast paced hectic work.envirommemt.
