I normally have great experiences with freddys but this one was terrible. The staff was too busy messing around and throwing... fries and eating ice cream. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took 15 min to get our food. 90% of the tables werevisibly dirty and all the staff was talking and yelling behind the counter. My burger came out on 2 bun tops and they were verymangled. Read more
Went there as a drive through. Got my food and left. Was unable to eat my chili for 2 hours because they did not put any... silverware in my bag. By the time I got home my food was cold and had to heat it up. Also I asked for the toppings (cheese andonions) I did not get that at all either. I am highly disappointed and will NOT be going back. Have given this location several ?2nd chances? and always drive away disappointed in myself for making poor life choices. Bad... customer service, cold food and melted concretes are their specialty. Drive on. Go to Chick-fil-A. They will satisfy yourhamburger cravings with amazing customer service. Read more
