Stopped for a milkshake tonight at the drive-through a girl dipped it out of a big can that looked Filthy, put the strawberries... in and mixed it up handed them to us and there was no frozen part of the milkshake, it was strawberry flavored liquid I ask herif she put ice cream in it and with a smart mouth said that?s our milkshake mix it?s always like that and handed me a dirty cup.Very understandable why there was a long line across the street at Freddys at 9:30 and we were the only customer in thisdrive-through. Hate to do this however others have posted my complaint and before I posted this review I called the manager and she told me she... needed to train her employees better. For the third time we got concretes that were melted to milk not even malt consistency!Probably made and left too longer took ten minutes to get. Employee could see it was melted and from another review a month agoasking employees for another correct one does not work. I have been in many Culver's in the country and the food , concretes,and service is the worst ever at this store. Never again! Read more
We at there on 7/19.. we were missing food ordered and the guy at the counter basically refused to make it right. My son got a... mushroom swiss burger and there were no mushrooms. The staff acted like it was an chore to be at work. No smiles or even wantingto correct messed up orders. We won't be returning to this location. Read more
Food is uniformly hot and fresh, service is courteous. Only complaint: I have never gotten ketchup for my fries going through... the drive-through. I have asked, but never does it appear when I empty the bag. Perhaps it's like Shangri-la or Brigadoon, andfades into another reality while I'm driving? It's a mystery. Read more

We love Culver's butter burgers! They send out coupons in the mail so you can usually eat there pretty cheap with those. This is... the only Culver's location in Topeka, Kansas. The service is usually great and the restaurant is always clean. They have a niceoutdoor seating area at the front of the building. When the weather is nice you will always see a line in the drive thru but itmoves pretty quickly. A Topeka favorite! Read more
Thought I'd give Culvers a try today only to find out I WILL NOT be going back. You NEED a new cook. The meat on the bottom... patty of both of my burgers were completely raw. S**t like this is the difference between someone being healthy one minute thengetting food poisoning the next. Im SO glad I cut into this before giving a piece to my 6 yr old. Read more
We've been to several different Culver's over the years. They appear to be a franchise, so the menu is a bit different from... place to place. The meals are good and reasonably priced. This time we had burgers. They were ok. Our desserts were good, butdidn't stand out. Get the root beer, it is awesome. Read more
