The experience is good when the store is actually open. However, the store hours need updated or something, because the store... is never open in the morning. I have tried to go on several times between 6-630am and the store is not open, even though thehours say it opens at 4am. Very frustrating. Read more
I tried to order pizza. The person that I called was not nice to me. I asked for the cheeseburger pizza. He was really rude when... he told me they don't have that anymore. Also, then when we came to pick up the pizza they gave me the wrong pizza. My husbandalso told me he was VERY rude to him. The employees DO NOT WANT TO BE THERE AND ARE NOT NICE. The pizza guys are awesome! They took a special order and applied one of their deals/discounts without even being asked. They... were super-friendly and helpful and served up the order piping hot, fresh out of the oven. The pizza was great and so was theservice. Nice job! Read more
I was there around 1230 on 6/29. They only had ones cashier working the other was collecting trash in the parking lot. There... were about 15 people in line while the cashier struggled with lottery ticket cash out and selling. The manager came out of heroffice long enough to see the line grab cash from the other register then go back to her office. The lady behind me in linecalled the store but talked to the guy making pizza. He told her it isn't the manager's job to run the register. This was themost pathetic customer service/leadership at a Casey's I've ever experienced. The one cashier did all the manager for help butthe manager just blew her off to get back to her office as soon as possible. For a store only open a couple of months probablytime to start looking for new management. Read more
The last 6 times I've been there the donuts have very little to no frosting. Not much to chose from. The cups size opinions are... xsmall, large and xLarge. Only the hot coffee has the medium opinions. The warmer food is lacking and or is over 2hr old. I haveto drive all the way down to the 6th st one for good food Read more

They have four registers yet only one is ever open. Every time I?m in the store there is a massive line. Not for lack of workers... but for the lack of anyone not wanting to do anything. There are three people behind the counter and they rather gossip, flirt,or just do nothing. This is the worst Casey?s I have ever been too. I?ve been to the one in Scranton that only has one worker TODO EVERYTHING and it ran better than this. The only reason it gets two starts is because it?s open. Read more
